Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your access to the Jb Digital Circle. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Access to the courses, live classes and community ends once a refund is processed.

Recurring plans

If you are on a recurring plan, canceling stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests for a charge follow the period and steps above.

Exchanges and returns

Because the product is digital access, there is nothing to physically return or exchange. If you bought the wrong option, contact us and we will review your case under this policy.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
